♥: Scientist Muda @ SMK Sri Permata

Woke up at 5.45m today. On a Saturday. haizzzz... I didn't even study the night before coz I really had to semangat to do this thing. Reached school at 6.45 smthng like that. Luckily I was not the first one. Scary to be in school alone in the morning. Shalomi was there by 6.30am. hahah!!! But she waited with her mom lah. Teacher Annie was not there at that time. Around 7.15am Cikgu Ismawani reached. She was the one that was supposed to take us there.

Reached Sri Permata kinda early coz it was not hard to find and we didn't get lost. Turns out only 7 schools joined this program. Looking at the registration form, almost all participants were form3!!! How are we supposed to compete with them? *great* =.=
Took a small walk around the school. Not really impressive coz it's an OLD school. Last time it was called SMK Seaport. Then we went to their lab to wait and listen to the taklimat and so on and so on. Their lab was like.... OMG...really not cool. Their tables were made of wood and painted wif paint. (SMK Lembah Subang one is like way more high class and comfortable to use)hehehehe....now I'm so thankful I'm in there...=)

At 9.30, the experiments started. Me and Shalomi was group 4. The 1st one we did was to measure the internal and external diameter of 3 beakers. I don't even noe how to use the calipers lar weyh...T.T We didn't have enough time too. So the 2nd answer sheet was completely blank. @.@

The 2nd task was to measure the height of some green beens. I was blur bout that 1 too. Simply hentam only lah. heheheh...
And then the 3rd task, OMG!!! We made a huge mistake. We were given a burette, and we were supposed to pour solution P inside it. Being panicky, I poured soloution Q inside!!! Oh man!! shit...hahah!!... I got so scared so I just left it there lah. That one we totally couldn't do. It was about neutralisation and acid and alkaline. Not yet learn lar!!...T.T..so oso we just tembak the answers.
muahahah...

4th task was about physics!!! PHYSICS!! How do u expect a form 2 student to do physics? The teacher in charge said it was all about accuracy, precision and what not. HE even said to go back to school and ask our physic teacher how to do it. =.=
5th task was about monocot and dicot. We had to cut up some beans and study them. I think we did that 1 quite well lar. And the funny part is, we had to go and find some specimen from the school compound. We just went and plucked all the leaves and flowers. I didn't see that we were given cutters. lOL!! spoiling other schools plants.

3rd place : SMK Sri Permata

If you wanna go Science Lab, you have to go down the stairs to get there. (tiring)

The cool thing bout their school is that they have so MANY extra coricular clubs to choose from.
Even photography club. My school dun have..T.T
